During the city's modernism celebration in February, we are partnering once again with renowned interior designer Christopher Kennedy for an exciting home tour on Saturday, February 15th from 1pm to 3pm.
This unique "open house" event will feature two properties on the same block on S. La Mirada Road -- one old and one new.
The new home is a recently-completed 5000sf ground-up construction project that Christopher designed for private clients. Across the street, he will open the doors for the first time to a rare and pedigreed home that had been in the same family for nearly 30 years and was purchased by Christopher's clients before it hit the market last year. In this "Before" tour, CK will be sharing his plans and mood boards for the residence, in anticipation of construction beginning later in 2025.
Please note the second home is NOT handicapped accessible (stairs to get into the home).
A bubbly reception hosted by hyphen- Wine Shop & Lounge is included at the second property.
All proceeds will benefit the Palm Springs Animal Shelter.
